ALL:

  • You all crushed it this last weekend!! Thank you for keeping positive attitudes and energy throughout those long busy shifts! We appreciate each and every one of you.

  • When opening, please no phones or personal music. 

  • FOCUS POINT: FRY AWARENESS. Make sure fries are looking fresh, hot and properly portioned when leaving the window.

      FOH:

  • Openers! Please make sure to vacuum the back stairs and the front entrance stairs in the morning.

  • After restocking packaged beer or changing a keg, double check to make sure the walk-in door is completely shut.

  • Upstairs Closers! As you're sanitizing the server station, be sure to thoroughly wipe out the bus bin shelves.

  • Please keep your personal drink cups tucked behind the hot hold, labeled and out of sight.

  • FOCUS POINT: PRE-BUS YOUR TABLES. If you see empty plates or cups on tables, please grab them and clear up some space. 

       BOH: 

  • Make sure you are properly portioning out your fries!! 

  • FOCUS POINT: WEIGHING AND WASTING SALAD GREENS. Let’s make sure we are spot weighing salad greens and weighing/waste logging that spring mix that lands on the ground during shift change.
