When opening, please no phones or personal music.
FOCUS POINT: FRY AWARENESS. Make sure fries are looking fresh, hot and properly portioned when leaving the window.
FOH:
Openers! Please make sure to vacuum the back stairs and the front entrance stairs in the morning.
After restocking packaged beer or changing a keg, double check to make sure the walk-in door is completely shut.
Upstairs Closers! As you're sanitizing the server station, be sure to thoroughly wipe out the bus bin shelves.
Please keep your personal drink cups tucked behind the hot hold, labeled and out of sight.
FOCUS POINT: PRE-BUS YOUR TABLES. If you see empty plates or cups on tables, please grab them and clear up some space.

Make sure you are properly portioning out your fries!!
FOCUS POINT: WEIGHING AND WASTING SALAD GREENS. Let’s make sure we are spot weighing salad greens and weighing/waste logging that spring mix that lands on the ground during shift change.
