FOH:
After 5PM, please don’t brew a full pot of coffee. To avoid throwing out a whole pot at the end of the night, make a half batch or a cup.
FOCUS POINT: Slow it down and take your time with tables. Don’t rush their experience. Even if you get busy, take a moment to slow it down. Focus on creating and maintaining that connection with your customers during their entire visit.
BOH:
