  • Focus Point: Communication on 86’d items or items that are returning. Tell ya friends!

FOH:

  • When doing a beer restock, please keep the walk-in at Caves looking neat and organized. Do not grab partial 4-packs and please break down and recycle flats and boxes. Servers, when doing a bar restock, pull from the opened cider boxes first and then pull from the unopened ones up top. Thanks!

  • Servers: a reminder to please FLIP YOUR SIGN in the gameroom when serving back there!

  • Wash Your Hands - Before running food, please take a moment to wash dirty hands that have touched used cups and plates.

  • Hosts: when seating people, please make sure you are pointing out the specials on the table tents to your customers. Servers: when you are letting your guests know the soups and daily specials, please also point out the specials on the table tent. 

  • Reminder to watch the volume of your voices when in the kitchen. Kitchen folks shouldn’t have to shout over you to call tickets or talk to their line. 

  • Be nice to your dishwasher. Let’s focus on emptying the bus tubs more frequently instead of letting them build up and overflow. If your hands are already dirty, take a few dishes back!

  • Focus Point: Selling Packaged Beer!! Be sure to point out and ask about packaged beer to your guests at the end of their meal. 

BOH:

  • Keep weighing your olives on your Artisan Board. 

  •  Please don't throw your empty fifos in the ketchup sink. Empty fifos should not go in the server bus tub either.
