ALL:

  • We love soup. Keep tasting your soups, making sure they are proper consistency, temperature, flavor profile etc. If you have feedback, let the kitchen know.

  • Focus Point: Cubby Claiming and Reorganizing. Elise sent an email out about cleaning, organizing and claiming your cubbies in the breakroom. If you already have a cubby you are using, please label it with your name and tape by Wednesday. We will be cleaning out all extra and unclaimed cubbies next week. If you have extra shoes, food containers, water bottles etc.  please take them home or put them in your cubby. If items aren’t claimed by Wednesday the 23rd, we will be donating. Thank you!!

FOH:

  • If the rag bag is full, please change it. If the rag bag is less than half full, please let it build before changing. 

  • Hey Food Runners! If you have down time in the kitchen let’s focus on checking the water level on the soup station. If it’s low, put some water in it.

  • Servers. When you need to fly an item, please talk to the kitchen LEAD about the item and the ticket. Please communicate with your float or bar manager about the item that the kitchen is flying. 

  • Focus Point: Organization and Cleanliness of customer facing areas. Make sure the back server station, upstairs server station and host stand has visible areas that are organized and tidy.

BOH:

  • Weigh your olives when making the Artisan Board. Thanks!

  • Check your water level in the soup station when you are doing temps. 

  • Focus Point: Make sure temps are being recorded regularly.
