ALL:

  • If anyone notices that something is broken, please let a FOH or BOH manager know so that we can make steps to fix it.

  • Focus Point: Food Feedback. We love seeing that feedback come in from y’all. Let’s try and get at least one piece of feedback on the sheet per shift. Keep up the good work! 

FOH:

  • Closers: please do not turn the gameroom and hallway lights off until your manager walkthrough has been done. 

  • NEW MAI TAI COCKTAIL!! This delicious new seasonal cocktail includes a passionfruit coconut foam, gold rum and lime juice. See this week's Brewsletter for more details. The Mai Tai will be released this Friday 3/11.

  • Our new seasonal lemonade flavor will be White Peach Guava. Keep your eyes peeled for when this change officially happens. 

  • Focus Point: Beer Cooler Organization!! Make sure when you are doing your beer restock or grabbing cans/bottles that you are keeping it organized along with keeping the correct beer in its correct row. Please don’t overstock and create a cluster of cans at the bottom of the cooler. 

BOH:

  • Focus Point: Saute Pan Awareness Week - When plating from the saute pans, make sure we are scraping out the pans completely. Continue to watch your portioning on Mac and Pesto sauce.
