ALL:

  • Get ready for some busy game days and move-in weekend! The first OSU home game is this Saturday the 11th

    at 8PM. OSU move-in weekend is the 19th to the 21st. We will be rockin’!

FOH:

  • All handhelds should be unplugged during the day and plugged in at the end of the night.

  • Servers! When picking the restock lists for the kitchen printer rolls, let’s make sure we are grabbing the expo

    paper. This is two-lined paper with a white copy in front and a yellow copy behind it.

  • Servers are responsible for running their own drinks to their own tables that pop up in the well. If you see a drink

    in the well that is not for your table, please check the time the ticket was rang in. If it has been MORE THAN

    FOUR MINUTES since the drink was rang in, then you can run the drink to the table. If it has been less than that,

    please let the server run their own drinks to the table. This helps keep the flow of customer service running

    smoothly and the contact with our own tables consistent.

  • Focus Point: floor cleanliness. Grab the hokie carpet vacuum and get those yellow leaves in your down time.

BOH:

  • Kitchen, at the end of the night let’s rinse the chicken thighs and take them out of the buttermilk. This has been

    added to the kitchen closing list.

  • When covering chopped pork, let’s go back to saran wrapping it. This will help keep the moisture locked in. Make

    sure this is cater wrapped (wrapping multiple pieces of plastic wrap all the way around the pan so it is sealed

    tightly).

  • Focus Point: keep focusing on callback communication when on the line. If you haven’t read Patrick’s writeup,
