ALL:

  • The Pub hours will be changing tomorrow, Wednesday July 21st to Opening at 11 AM and Closing at 11 PM. 

  • After all the hard work staff put into deep cleaning during the closure, let’s focus on keeping FOH and BOH as clean and organized as possible. After shift it’s expected that you store all personal belongings, water bottles, etc. in the break room or take them home. Also, avoid overstocking when restocking which just creates clutter. 

  • When leaving the Caves space please make sure all doors are locked behind you. Prep staff, after you are done using the Caves kitchen make sure all Caves doors are locked along with the Alley door that you commonly use when going from the Prep kitchen to Caves. 

  • To provide an enjoyable experience for customers and conduct our staff professionally we ask that staff be patient with managers/ bartenders and wait for them to be done interacting with customers before interjecting/checking out. Same idea goes in the kitchen, wait to call “app out” or ask for a sauce until the lead is done calling their ticket. 

FOH: 

  • When grabbing your own packaged beer please make sure you’re grabbing the correct one. Some beers have similar labels so it’s easy to mix them up in a rush and we want customers walking out with what they paid for! On that note, when doing the beer restock please be mindful of putting two similar beers next to each other. For example, Dab Lab Double Dab and D.L. Tipping Point should be stocked on opposite sides of the beer cooler to better distinguish the difference. 

  • Fruit Vodka Lemonades will be topped with soda water rather than Sprite starting Friday 7/23.

BOH:

  • Please put open bags of parsley, cilantro, and green onion on the very top shelf in the prep walk-in fridge, and keep unopened bags on the next shelf down,so that we don't have multiple open bags at once. 

  • All dishwasher chemical bottles should live downstairs in the restock area to reduce clutter in the dishpit. 1 backup can be left on top of the dishwasher for convenience. 

  • Prep, when you are done in the Caves kitchen for the day make sure to fully mop the floor even under fryers and hard to reach areas and always take the trash out.
