ALL:

  • With the shortage of wings continuing to be problematic, we have decided to officially move wings only out to the Taproom. With this change, we will only have chicken tenders at the Pub location.

  • Now that the volume of to-go orders has lowered, we have removed the sauce fridge from the kitchen to add some counter space back. 

  • Ketchup will now be coming in disposable to-go bullets, all other sauces will still come in metal bullets. 

  • When leaving Caves you are responsible for making sure the front, back and alley door is locked.

FOH:

  • If you help out by changing a keg, please remove the empty one (always leave the blue cap OFF of empties). The empties are stored right outside the walk in by the Coke syrups. If you have any questions any manager or lead would be happy to guide you! 

  • When a customer is ordering a double cocktail, please ask if they just want an extra shot of the liquor in the cocktail added to make it stronger or if they want an actual double cocktail. There is always a price difference between these two options so it’s important to be specific. Please use the special instruction option to inform your bartender of the request. 

  • We will start only putting 1 take out parking sign on Jefferson Avenue (where spot #3 usually is).

  • Remember as we are running food to double check every ingredient down to the garnish on top.

BOH:

  • Be sure to weigh fry portions, especially sweet potato fries, it only takes an extra moment and keeps our portions consistent. 

  • Let’s make sure the outside of the plates are clean as they hit the window. Sometimes with gloves on it’s difficult to feel how greasy we are making the outside of the plate. This also affects the presentation of the dish. 

  • The gas lines to the two burners that are currently out of service will be fixed in the next few days to get that side up and running again. 

  • Make sure to label fish for the pull date. 

  • Please check in and put away orders immediately as they come in. Especially from Sysco, these orders should be checked in before the driver leaves.
