ALL: 

  • Remember regardless how busy we are, stay hydrated, stay happy :) 

  • Toothpick awareness! We are still finding toothpicks in the dishwasher drain/ filter. Please be diligent about FULLY bussing dishes before leaving a stack in the dish pit. 

  • We will be getting a smaller secondary dumpster in the alley that will sit next to our large blue dumpster. Please fill the large blue dumpster all the way FIRST before utilizing the smaller one. 

FOH: 

  • Servers: No need to bring in patio furniture anymore, simply stack chairs together and weave the chain though the armbars and tables. There are two locks with the same passcode to lock the chain together. Please refer to your manager on duty if you don’t know the code yet! 

  • Food Runners: You will now be responsible for the beer cooler restock as you get phased for the night. Be diligent about checking the dates printed on the bottom of the cans and always rotate the older date to the front (to sell first). 

  • Hosts: You are now responsible for the Evening watering of the outdoor plants. Each large planter on 3rd street needs about 5 gallons of water. Please be diligent about watering, Sarah’s wonderful parents have put a lot of work into making these beautiful again! 

  • We will be holding off on our new menu launch of the Shrimp sandwich and Enchiladas, stay tuned for that release! This means the Tuna Melt will stay on the menu for the time being.

  • There may have been a miscommunication last week, when ringing in multiple 5 oz pours, send them through however they were told to you by the customer. If there are multiple tasters for one person you can bring a taster card to help them remember which beer is which. If you’re interested in learning more about proper tasting order please reach out to your bartender or float for guidance. 

BOH: 

  • As the grease trap gets cleaned, please check the round cap by the elbow of the drain for toothpicks and other trapped large debris. This will help prevent the backups!
