ALL:

  • Take an extra moment when bussing dishes to thoroughly scrape plates into the proper can (trash or compost depending on the debris). Toothpicks specifically have been the culprit for clogging the dishpit so we want to be extra careful in preventing this.

  • Always dump leftover sauces from bullets into garbage before tossing in silverware presoak, this helps out the dishwasher a lot!

  • Next Wednesday (6/23) we will be adding Enchiladas back to the menu (but a different, updated recipe than before, YUM) and taking the Korean Rice Bowl off.

Liberty and Justice for All will be released in both cans and on draft this Saturday (6/19) but printed on menus this Friday for consistency.

FOH:

  • Remember the 15 minutes scheduled prior to your shift has been provided as time to be utilized to update yourself on the Break Room information board, taste/ smell newly released beers(or just beers you haven’t sampled lately!), read the Brewsletter,  or Read and Sign.

  • Crowlers are sold as a To Go product only and cannot be opened in house.

  • If you are assisting the bar by changing a keg, please make sure to pull the empty keg out of the walk-in and leave it with the other empties in the “coke room” (right next to the soda syrups).

  • This Wednesday & Thursday only (6/16 & 6/17) we will be turning off the forced payment option  for online To Go orders, therefore anyone handing off a To Go order to a customer should double check the bottom of each receipt where it says “amount due” anyone not in the HP group will still need to pay in house unless they choose to do so prior online.

  • There is a new Food runner/ Host side work checklist! Please review this list at the beginning of your next Food runner/ Host shift so you’re aware of your shifts expectations, thank you!

BOH:

  • No more sandbagging bacon as this degrades the quality very quickly. Please cook bacon to order.
