  • Check out our two delicious Wonka’s Wit releases this week: Tangerine Vanilla Bean, & Raspberry Rose. Released Friday 9/4 on Draft at both the Pub & Taproom, Bottles released Saturday 9/5 at the Taproom and Tuesday 9/8 at the Pub. 

  • Peoples Pint is still Gloria! for September supporting the Local Corvallis Arts Center.

  • We will be getting another hot hold for Take-out orders at Caves Public House.

  • Continue to be proactive about finding cleaning projects and staying productive during slow times if you know it’s not time to phase yet. 

  • Careful when putting the mat out by the Ice bin. Edge of the mat should be placed on the edge of the hump underneath the door. Not over it or it just carries water over to the other side.

  • Furthermore, PLEASE pick up spilled ice after filling buckets, this is a safety hazard if left. Helpful tips in a hurry: Try putting a buss tub underneath the ice bucket when filling to catch a majority of the excess ice that falls and dump into the mop sink. Or use a dustpan & broom, your choice, but clean it up!!

FOH:

  • To reiterate expectations, the focus points that print on your clock in/ clock out slips should be read and focused on each shift. Please make it a habit as you clock in; Take your temperature, and read these Focus points before you even go downstairs to change your shoes. 

  • As you restock any cooler customers can see, please make sure to face cans/bottles properly and space them out if you don’t have enough to fill it so the cooler still looks presentable. As far as walk in coolers, make sure to keep organized by breaking down empty beer flats to recycle them or returning them in a neat stack to the brewery.

  • To be clear, if customers want to purchase a New Growler in house to fill it- they can, but it has to be a growler that has never been used before (for sanitation purposes). If they purchase a Hydroflask there is still the $13 credit towards the fill or if they don’t want the fill, we can give that credit to them in a gift card format to use in the restaurant later but once the growler leaves the building, we cannot fill it later.

  • Sweet potato fries will not be coming back anytime soon due to the size of our kitchen, it’s not reasonable to have two people on fryers while also trying to also distance themselves.

BOH:

  • Please mix in a handful of shredded Cheddar Jack to the Mac sauce when warming it back up for a creamy/ stringy affect.

  • Add Wontons to Korean Rice Bowl in the center as a garnish, now put egg slightly off to side. Put Wontons in cookie bag on the side for To Go orders.  *These are not Gluten Free* Due to going in fryer with other gluten items. 

  • Add a teaspoon of crushed hazelnuts to Hummus Cup as a garnish. Check Sarah’s hotschedules message that explains the procedure on these new changes. 

  • Every prepped item, every time needs double checked by another employee and two initials on the label.
