ALL:

  • When submitting any Wufoo forms please take an extra second to make sure you’re putting in the correct date!

  • Butter for bread by the soup station should always stay out. When you pull a new one simply date it- it may stay out for 7 days.

FOH:

  • We should only be bringing up full flats of cans (24) when restocking the bar cooler. This helps us keep proper inventory. Bottles can still be brought up individually.

  • It’s that time of year! Let’s start watering metal planters outside once a week.

  • Please review your quarterly cleaning project. It is an expectation by management this is completed by the end of February.

BOH:

  • Is the smoker on? If there is food in there it should always be on! While checking temps please also make sure you check the smoker.

  • Please review your sign off/ cleaning lists- All have been updated and altered.
