Full dirty towel bags now live on shelf above empty kegs (to the right of where you find clean ones!)
Be diligent about putting something on the order list if you open/ take the last of something. i.e. if you open the last root beer barrel box add it to the order list.
Shift swaps need to be approved 24 hrs. prior to the shift. If your scheduling manager approves a swap with less than 24 hr. notice due to special circumstances, please ensure you also call the pub the morning of your shift to ensure the manager on duty knows who is covering for you. Swaps without approval are not permitted. Please read the highlighted portion of the employee handbook regarding shift swaps posted with this R&S.
FOH:
Wash milk frother & black attachment every use- please replace attachment in frother every time. Its what makes it work so we don’t want to lose it!
Closers: Spray Enzyme Cleaner every night in and around urinals - let sit overnight. Openers: Please thoroughly wipe down these areas during your cleaning of the bathrooms every morning.
Sanitizer should be changed a minimum of every 2 hours/ bathrooms checked on the hour.
Don’t forget to sign off on shift change as you go!
BOH:
Please compact every oil container you recycle before putting into the recycling bin.
Do not carry dry towels with you for any reason, this is against health code.
Thin/ brothy soups should be stored on shelves and not speed rack
