ALL: 

  • We will be pushing back the launch date of our altered menu items to January 11th. 

  • With the addition of our outdoor tent we will be adding 4 - 5 more tables, with heaters and lights, so we can expect to start getting a bit busier!

  • Continue passing along any questions, concerns or improvements we can make to help settle into using our new TOAST system. 

  • Let’s prioritize keeping the 86 White Board (in the kitchen) as up to date as possible. This helps communicate with all staff including Prep who needs to know when we’re running out of things!

FOH:

  • We will start batching Tuaca and Applejack together to make Hot Spiked Ciders for the Winter season.

  • Now that we have additional tables outside we can take a limit of 3 names on a waiting list that should be taped down to the host area. For now we will continue Not taking reservations.

  • Lets focus on stamping out beers when we know they are 86’d for good to keep beer menus as up to date as possible between prints. 

BOH:

  • We will start having the Opener fry onions at Caves after their shift to help keep the quality of the fryer oil for service. Please let an FOH manager know when you are done so equipment probably gets double checked at the end of the night for safety.
