ALL:

  • Now that we have started to see how busy our outdoor dining will be, we will be adding staff appropriately to the weekends to help compensate. Thanks Kitchen folk for making it happen this week with the staff we had on hand & constantly helping run food.

  • Please be intentional when clocking in to select the right department you are scheduled for. If you don’t have the right department available let management know so our labor numbers are accurate.

  • Stay tuned for the launch of our To Go Cocktails!!!

  • If you are working at the Pub and your name is not listed on this Read & Sign please use the empty spaces below to add yourself and Elise will make sure you’re listed on the next one, Thank you.

FOH:

  • If there is a menu item that needs editing or modifiers changed in TOAST please don't hesitate to let your manager on the floor know so they can update it appropriately.

  • We are down to a few Cider crowlers left which we will not be filling more of due to having Cider canned now! However we can fill Growlers that people bring in.

  • As long as we are keeping the waitlist down to 3 names, we are happy to take names over the phone for guests since we don’t currently have a waiting area.

  • Continue guiding people towards the Taproom location if they prefer to make reservations or want to dine with us on a future date.

BOH:

  • Pay close attention to schedules coming up as some shifts In times might be altered such as the Opener & Mid shift.

  • Be careful when portioning Green Chilis. Make sure you use the 2 tablespoon scoop flattened, everytime.

  • When you are stirring soups that are being hot held, please skim the top film off the soup instead of stirring it back into the soup, this helps keep the quality and flavor at its best.

  • Let’s aim to fill each compost bin in the ally before adding to an empty container.

  • Thanks Paully for creating great organization in the To- go sauce fridge! Let’s keep this up by continuing to make sure the third pans that organize these sauces are properly labeled and backing out small amounts of popular specialty sauces i.e. Cilly Mayo. Caesar and dressings with a short life will continue living in that fridge in a fifo.
