As we close for in house dining again temporarily, beginning Friday 12/18 our hours are as follows:
Monday thru Friday
11:30 AM to 9:00 PM for take out
4:00 PM to 8:00 PM for delivery
Saturday & Sunday
11:30 AM to 9:00 PM for take out
11:30 AM to 8:00 PM for delivery
We will offer take out & delivery 11:30 AM to 4 PM for Christmas Eve only
Next week’s Drive Thru Sale at the Taproom will be on Thursday, Christmas Eve instead of the usual Saturday.
We’ll start accepting cash again as payment, Monday 12/28 as we launch our new Toast System.
There’s a dine out today, 12/15 for Cameron Merrill’s toy drive!!!

FOH:
For now, we will not be accepting reservations at the Pub, but the three tables outside can be utilized for service, with the continued limit of 90 minutes per visit.
We’ll also start filling Growlers again Monday 12/28, but will not be bringing back Sunday Discounts.
BOH:
Make sure to review the procedures for the new/ updated menu items! Furthermore, let’s pay attention to the procedure for boxing up the Hummus Plate and Artisan Board for Take Out orders for consistency & so we don’t miss items as those orders go out.
There were a few minor changes made to the Earth Burger recipe, let Sarah know if you have any feedback.
If kitchen equipment/ tools break, let management know immediately so we can be on top of replacing it.
