ALL:

  • Hot Chocolate should be served on a small app plate with a paper and spoon.

  • Don’t forget to continue offering feedback throughout the month and not just during free food times. Also, ask at least one customer each shift for specific item feedback and put it on the feedback sheet (easy ex., “How was the Clam Linguine?”).

  • If you are ordering a “kid mac n cheese” for yourself to get a smaller portion, please ring it in under the secret menu as “half mac n cheese” (also this option is only available for employees).

FOH:

  • Make sure you check out the focus point regarding shift change this week when clocking in.

  • Openers, please bring up 12 towels every morning to start. Even if the bar brought their own up, it’s still better to have a couple extra than be down some.

BOH:

  • Use a butter knife to clean the hole in the smoker.

  • Double check your portioning on mac sauce (level grey scoop) and make sure you are scraping the entirety of the backs out so no sauce is wasted.
