ALL:

FOH:

  • Clean check & restock of bathrooms should be happening every hour.

  • Please do not put toilet paper on back of toilet if we are checking this frequently!

  • Always hang the bathroom keys back in the middle cupboard of downstairs server station.

  • When customers order the Curry Noodle Bowl, spice is subjective so please inform customers this dish has a pleasant spice level that builds and we can offer a taste of the sauce if they would like.

  • Starting on Feb. 5th the citrus used in our delicious cocktails will be changed to high quality, Columbia Gorge Organics Juices. Please refer guests to a bartender if they have any questions!

  • Closers please bring all rugs to front entrance so openers can easily vacuum all rugs in the morning.

  • Reminder that any item that goes into the fryer is considered to be contaminated with gluten. Keep this in mind when anyone requests a GF Bun or Lettuce Wrap as they order their side dish.

BOH:

  • Don’t re-drop hushpuppies, this makes them hold too much grease.

  • Put out example plate of perfect golden fries in window each day.

  • Nothing should ever live on the back inside shelf of the make table. This blocks the circulation of cooler.

  • Prep kitchen staff, please make sure to always check out with the bartender on duty before clocking off.
