ALL:

  • If you notice the brewer’s bar or rail is dirty please bus them. 

  • Hot Chocolates will now come through the kitchen for either the expo or the food runner to work on as they now take a longer time with the new warming of milk for it. Servers, if you have the time, please still help and work on them. Procedure will be posted on the dessert microwave.

FOH:

  • Make sure to clean the area where the ketchup fill station is if you are refilling any ketchups. It needs to be a sanitary space before filling containers. If dishes are overflowing and you can’t access that area, help dish pit or find another project.

  • Just a reminder, pre-loaded gifted credit cards (such as a visa gift card) cannot be accepted. They’re incompatible with our system. 

  • If a guest requests for the curry bowl to be spicier, let them know that we can bring them sriracha and/or a side of red pepper flake upon delivery of the bowl so they can make it as spicy as they like. 

  • While we appreciate the preparedness, please don’t overstock toilet paper and leave partial rolls on the back of the toilet bowl. This is why we have a shift change and check the restrooms frequently.

BOH:

  • Thank you for getting rid of the tray under the smoker at close, don’t forget to replace it in the AM as well. :) 

  • Joe created a smoker cleaning procedure for you all that will be posted in the kitchen, probably somewhere by the smoker.

  • When scrubbing the grease hog on Thursdays, drizzle dish soap on the mat to break up that grease, it can go down the drain outside. 

  • Please don’t forget to write the soups, garnishes, and dietary restrictions/specifics on the board above the soup before open.
