ALL:

  • Hot Chocolate procedure will be changing, keep an eye out for a posting for detailing the procedure changes.

  • Don’t place Biermisu on the small shelf in the back of the soup station fridge, it blocks airflow.

FOH:

  • Fresh Pow cans will run out for a bit this weekend but will be coming back Monday the 13th.

  • Make sure shift change and any weekly cleaning projects are getting completed before checking out with folks to set your friends up for success.

  • Rinse out ketchup bottles before leaving them in dish to help them out.

  • Hosts, don’t forget to offer 12/113 as a community table when seating it. If you need help with verbiage for how to offer this to guests, check in with a manager and we can help you.

  • Food runners, if you are without an expo, keep an eye on things just as an expo would. Make sure tickets are being ran together and that there isn’t food that’s been sitting in the window unsold for a very long time, etc.

BOH:

  • Please make sure that we are pouring bioclean down the ice machine drain on Sundays, it is on the weekly cleaning list now.

  • Let’s make sure we aren’t overstocking when completing the restock. Also, there will be a restock list upstairs soon that should be used every restock to help with this issue.
