Wings will now be a weekend special. They won’t be on the menus anymore and we will write them on the special board Fri/Sat/Sun!
FOH:
The host stand is moving inside for the Winter and there will no longer be a chair at the host stand - the designated “host” should be assisting in the flow of the restaurant when not actively hosting.
Make sure you’re completing everything on the closing lists and don’t just initialling through them. We want to make sure everything is getting completed and looking good!
Picnic tables will sit a little ways off the wall now to help with the rain. The high tops have also been adjusted to hopefully keep them out of the rain as well!
BOH:
Tracking pimento cheese again.
Make sure all the containers are getting sealed at night (ex. the crackers container) so we are keeping them fresh n’ crispy.
