FOH:
Make sure we are showing the bar customers some love! Even if they’re regulars we should still be attentive. Communication is key, saying “I’ll be right with you!” or “Are we doing another beverage?” As you’re walking by to pour a beer makes a big difference to their experience.
In the unlikely event a customer tab doesn’t get preauthorized and you need to close it at the end of the night, please use the “Walk Out” discount so we can track accurately. If there is a preauthorized card but the tab isn’t closing out for whatever the reason, please call Sean before you delete the tab so we can troubleshoot things first.
When doing money at the end of the night just count the til to $200, count back up to $600, and drop the rest in the bag. The number from the print out sometimes changes after everything closes out through the system overnight so disregard what the drop is “supposed” to be. Thanks!
