Please do not stack multiple drink tickets in the well without running them if there is no drink runner!
The Bartender/person helping customers at the bar should be pouring those customer’s drinks before they leave the counter. An exception is if it is a large party. The pourer/drink runner should be focusing on pouring and running the online tickets. Remember the incentive of online ordering is not waiting in the line at the bar and still getting their drinks in a timely manner. Don’t skip over the online drink orders to get the line down at the bar.
BOH:
Focus on scraping out containers for sauces when filling Fifo’s! If there’s still some left to fill a Fifo part way, don’t waste that good good sawce!
