ALL:

  • If you take the last of something or we only have one pack of it left please add it to the order board. Let’s be proactive so we aren’t running out of items! (Such as toilet paper, paper towels, to-go containers, etc.)

  • We’ve revamped the chopped pork and our BBQ sauces, check them out! The slaw no longer has red bell peppers, it now has thinly sliced green onions.

FOH:

  • If customers have had our old BBQ sauces before let them know about our new changes! Offer samples if they seem on the fence. Check out Sarah’s write-up on the changes.

  • When 86’ing a draft item in Toast please also 86 the “Draft To Go” option for growlers/crowlers!

  • Make sure we are checking the walk-in for backed out cocktails before 86’ing. We should only be keeping 2 stor’n’pours of each cocktail in the mini fridge and the rest live on the top shelf of the walk-in by the lemon/lime juices.

  • When restocking the beer cooler ensure we only have one row of each can so we can utilize all the space! We’ve been doubling up on some can options being on both the top and bottom shelves, let’s avoid that.

  • A good reminder since we have some guest taps, Guest Beer cannot be sold in Crowlers because they have our logo on them.

BOH:

  • When emptying the fryers pull them out and clean underneath them!

  • Make sure you are using the waste log! So we can accurately track.

  • We will be tracking chopped pork y’all.
