Extra napkins/straws etc will live in the cupboard under the kitchen window/Soup-Specials board so it is less inviting for customers to put their grimey hands all over.
There’s a new hook on the backside of the barrel (where we store our water bottles) for hangers to live after apparel is sold!
Make sure we are doing the daily cleaning tasks, and checking the monthly cleaning projects when things are slow!

We’re increasing how often we change our fryer oil so please be aware of the new schedule.
Keep an eye on oil pooling on spinach dips, there shouldn’t be an oily puddle on top - Patrick is working on quick fixes for this issue.
