  •  Way to rock the new menu over the busy weekend!

  • Brussel Sprouts - half order will come in a BLUE bowl, whole order will come in a SILVER bowl. Singled out Sprouts will be “small” or “large”; when added onto a menu item like the Tuna Melt it will read “side of Brussel Sprouts”.

  • Mop Awareness! Make sure your water is clean, the simple green is dispensing, and you’re sprinkling some borax in it. We want to avoid having grease build up on our floors now that we have the fryers!

FOH:

  • Let’s get some food feedback on the new menu ya’ll! You can always send Sarah an email or hotschedules message if you don’t have time to write it down in the moment!

  • The first-on should be checking propane tanks/replacing as needed or grabbing a back up if one is low - now that we aren’t putting up tents!

  • We now have “Add Ons” and “Saucy” buttons on the Food 2 screen. Please check these out before using “Open Food” for tracking and consistency purposes. Thanks!

  • That also means that for consolidation purposes they won’t be on every menu item.

  • Basil-Citrus Vinaigrette is gone forever.

  • “Employee Beverage Off” is the new beer AND cocktail button for employee discounts (still $1.50)

  • Make sure we are pouring online drink orders when they are received. If we are low on staff, feel free to let the bar customer know you need to run beverages before helping them.
