ALL:

  • New menu will be out Thursday, Oct 22nd! For realsies this time.

  • MAKE SURE YOU ARE READING THE BREWSLETTER. Write-ups will ensue shortly if not. And on that note, READ THIS (and sign) AS WELL!

FOH:

  • Make sure we are cleaning the cocktail area nightly.

  • Be aware of bathroom stocking and cleanliness at shift change!

  • Please review the new menu to be able to answer customer’s questions.

  • We now have soda water as an option! Please do not use the cans, those are for cocktails, the Pierre bottles are for selling to customers.

  • Don’t break open 4-packs unnecessarily if there are already single cans/broken-up 4-packs! Check for singles before doing so.

  • Make sure you’re using actual stor-n-pour lids (not other container lids that have been repurposed). Only the true stor-n-pour lids fit correctly and thread right - otherwise they don’t seal and if you go to shake one it explodes!

BOH:

  • We will be tracking Brussels sprouts!

  • If you do not have an OLCC card, let Ian know. You need to have one so if FOH ever needs help, you are able to pop out and run drinks, pour, etc.!
