Great job keeping everything clean & neat - while we still have some work to do, it has looked good overall the past few months! Keep up the good work and let's keep our shared spaces tidy!

FYI, we will be adjusting the closing list a bit to designate dedicated pre-close tasks (i.e. wiping high chairs, doing ketchups/mustards, etc.). Additionally, we will be adding a nightly check/walk through of the barrel room. Again, this space should be broken down every day - no tables left out, no dirty table cloths/dishes/etc., swept/mopped if needed, etc.
Along the same lines, we are adding a weekly project to Monday’s close of sweeping/mopping the barrel room. It should still always get done after large reservations regardless, but this weekly task ensures that it at the very least gets done once a week
Let’s work on getting some good food feedback! Obviously we’ll be getting some 100% employee feedback starting Friday with new menu items, but push for customer feedback too. K10 may be rolling out a competition, even! Keep your eye out.
As most of you have probably seen, we now have a chip reader connected to black iPad - please use for folks who want to use the chip on their card, or want to use their phone or Apple pay or any of those other cardless payment methods. The chip is not required, though, so you can still swipe as normal as well.
FYI, we won’t have Fresh Pow cans back until sometime next week. Please let folks know that we will have them back, it’s not permanently gone!
