FOCUS POINT: Corner calls and location awareness. For the safety of the team, make sure you are calling corner, behind you, sharp/hot behind, etc. We are busy and we move quickly, but safety is our top priority so please make sure you are slowing down and communicating.
FOH:
FOCUS POINT: Window cleanliness! With the sunnier days ahead, we are seeing all sorts of handprints and smudges on the windows/front door. Please make sure to check these areas frequently and clean any dirty windows before re-seating a table.
BOH:
FOCUS POINT: Menu item consistency! With the new changes that have happened to the menu, be sure to review your procedures and ensure that items are coming out the same each time. Portion sizes, plating, and garnishing procedures should be the same each and every time.
