ALL:

  • Specular Reflections and Fresh Pow are coming out later this week!

  • Let’s make sure we aren’t leaving dirty towels in random places. Please have all dirty towels go to the rag bag every night. Each sani bucket should only have two rags in them at all times.

  • Thursday 11/11 is Veterans Day! We are offering a Veterans Day discount up to 18 dollars for an entrée to any vets that come in! Their first beverage is also free. 

  • When brewing a pot of coffee, make sure we are throwing a growler tag on the pot with the time it was made! Another coffee reminder, before brewing, make sure the white filter is properly put in the filter basket and not folded up. This will help us make sure that grounds don’t get into the batch.

  • Focus Point: Making sure we aren’t starting our close too early. Along with that, let’s make sure projects, tasks and shift change are done thoroughly and to the best of our ability – EVERY TIME.

FOH:

  • After Three Fools Superfool runs out, we will be switching to Three Fools Grenache. This new wine will launch tomorrow, Wednesday 11/9.

  • Kids lids and straws are NOT compostable. Please make sure these make it into the trash and not the compost. Thanks!

  • Focus Point: USE THEM TRAYS. If we are bussing a table or carrying multiple cups, let’s focus on grabbing a tray. We have trays underneath the well at the bar, in the host stand, in the kitchen and at the upstairs server station.

BOH:

  • Closing duties should not be done or started before 9PM.

  • During shift, let’s not keep the whole pan of bacon out, please put it back in the reach in underneath the soups. Only take out the bacon you need and keep it in the sizzle pan under the grill.

  • Focus Point: Tuscan chickens and fried chickens are going to be temped randomly to ensure they are hitting the proper temperature and quality.
