Focus Point: BULLET AWARENESS WEEK. Let’s make sure we aren’t dumping metal bullets into the compost or the trash. Please be conscientious and sift through the metal and paper bullets when bussing food to the server station.
FOH:
Servers: let’s make sure we aren’t taking drinks from the well before the entire ticket is sold. This helps the bartender put the drinks in proper order, especially with flights or similar looking beers.
Focus Point: SHIFT CHANGE. Shift change should not fall on one person. The shift change list and the daily tasks should be divided up and completed between the opener, 10:30 and the mid during the day.
BOH:
Focus Point: CLOSERS. Before vacuuming floors, make sure you are pulling out the smoker and sweeping underneath and behind the fryers.
