ALL:

  • Off the clock employees need to check in with hosts before seating themselves, especially in the Game room. While we have a head count for indoor dining, the hosts have a floor plan if we’re on a wait and we don’t want to mess that up!

  • Please remember to say “corner”, “door” and “behind you” during shift, this is for everyone’s safety!

  • The breakroom fridge is a shared luxury that everyone gets to use. Anything going into the fridge should always be labeled with your name or initials, and only in closed containers or tupperware. Anything not labeled properly or contained will be thrown away.

  • Our fish is changing to a NW Cod from Ocean Beauty rather than Sysco for a better quality product.

  • Remember to drink water and stay hydrated! Let your coworker know if you need to step off the line or floor for a few minutes. Your health is important to us!

FOH:

  • Please make sure to fill out restock lists every morning before open.

  • Make sure to turn off propane tanks inside the propane heaters before bringing inside (this is for safety).

  • Please bring in dog dishes as you bus tables. These shouldn’t be left at tables if they don’t have dogs.

  • We should be plugging in the Spider Box at open so the tent is easy to set up otherwise.

  • Please make sure drinks are down on tables before seating that server again.

BOH:

  • The new fish is proportioned so it may look cut a bit differently.

  • Let’s drop the par of chips in the morning in half. Soon, we will be switching to fresh tortillas to fry when we run out of what we have ordered.

  • We’re ‘86ing chips and salsa on the next menu print.

  • Weigh your fries. Make an example portion at the beginning of AM and PM shifts so everyone has a visual example of proper portioning as well.

  • Kitchen cleaning lists will alternate soon so we can get monthly cleaning done as well.

  • Remember to keep the refrigeration units closed, and empty spaces filled. This helps the units not be overworked.
