ALL:

●       Sadly we are not yet reopening for 25% capacity. Check back in two weeks!

●       Along with our new food menu design coming out tomorrow (2/24) we are replacing the Vegetalian with a Vegan Shawarma.

●       There is a Dine Out today (2/23), for Linus Pauling (does not include alcohol).

●       Please don’t use steel wool on white ceramic plates (this causes discoloration), use green scrubbies instead.  Furthermore, please only use steel wool on stainless steel. 

●       Focus points are back! Please take time to read the pop up window when clocking in.

FOH:

●       Customers can leave Bourbon Passports at the Pub when passports are finished. Leave them in the black container behind the bar.

●       Blade and Bow is still available even though it got stamped out on the Bourbon menus. Please verbalize this to customers when they are looking through the menu.

●       Let’s focus on the maintenance list whenever we have downtime! This will really help us be ready when we can open back up for indoor dining.

BOH:

●       Please use the lid on the container to flatten your scoop when portioning a Tuna Melt. Also, use a spatula to scoop out the bottom of the container before washing. This helps eliminate extra waste.

●       Please ask for help as you start to get busy/ overwhelmed, before you’re drowning! We have plenty of BOH employees usually on staff so you should always have enough help when you reach that level of business.

●       Yo, take your label tape off before you wash dishes. This should happen to every dish, every time.   Consider leftover tape dirt. The container is dirty if there’s still tape on it. 

●       Please shut the Make Table during slow times. This greatly helps them keep temp and not have to work as hard.
