ALL:

  • We know y’all are kicking ass, even with the small crews we have right now. Alongside, watching labor levels and not wanting to be over staffed in these slower times, we always want to be staffed adequately enough to provide the service our customers are accustomed to and we are proud to deliver. Also, we want to make you as employees feel you are set up for success! During busier times if you feel drinks/ meals are consistently taking over the time they should be, please acknowledge what time it was around and note that on your Drop Slip at the end of the night. This is helpful to us to see if there is a specific time we need to add another body.

  • Food Feedback Challenge: Any Feedback you receive about the Korean Rice Bowl or Chicken & Waffles (Brunch only) we would love to hear about it!! Better yet (if you're serving) prompt your customer for some genuine feedback on the dish and make sure to write it down in the moment.

  • Yo!  We are trying to be an environmentally friendly restaurant over here. Let's be more cautious about what we are throwing in compost bags. We have seen a lot of Gloves in the compost especially at Caves, this makes the whole bag garbage. Let’s not forget the little things!

  • We are happy to announce Take out/ Delivery Brunch will be launched in a few weeks, stay tuned!

FOH:

  • We will have the option to Add a Donation to go towards relief funds on customer’s checks if they would like to do so.

  • Please focus on double checking the order anytime you are grabbing beer out of the cooler. We want to make sure we are sending out the right product & the right quantity.

  • Please keep up on reading our weekly Newsletter as this is the best way to know about our releasing products.

BOH:

  • You should be wearing gloves ANYTIME you are on the line and coming in contact/ preparing food directly. If you are backing out sauces it is expected that you wash your hands and sanitize the area before you use it. Because you are not touching the sauce directly it is okay to not wear gloves but it is expected you are diligent about your sanitation.

  • Anytime you are in prep it is expected you wear gloves whenever touching ready to eat food.

  • Especially at Caves, the bell can be heard well in the dining area so let’s be cautious about over ringing it. Ring once per ticket, twice for a fly, and again if tickets are sitting in the window to remind FOH staff that may have not been able to hear your first ring a minute ago.

  • Please prioritize filling out your checklists every night, even if you think you have it memorized, things may change on lists and you may not get updated besides reading it thoroughly and filling it out.
