ALL:

  • The Order Board is now the corner of the Prep Dry Erase Board in the prep kitchen.

  • Just a reminder, no political statements should be worn on masks or any other clothing while working.

  • Burgers and sandwiches at Caves for DINE IN experience will now come with fries. TOGO orders will stay Ala Carte.

  • Regardless of what location you work at, you are required to sign the Pub’s Read & Sign every week. If you do not work at this location every week you can email elise@block15.com a confirmation you have read this, but that is still your responsibility! Failure to do so will result in a write up.

FOH:

  • We will now get beer restocked every Tuesday and Friday so don’t stress if your stock is running low on Mondays or Thursdays!

  • On that note, lets focus on keeping that walk-in cooler more organized. Take out leads, please do a quick check at the end of shift in the Caves walk in cooler to recycle beer flats, Pak Tek tops, and reorganize any flats that need it.  This is a shared workspace and we want it to stay organized.

  • The Hot Hold will be going back to the TR. Take out leads please prioritize firing food so that it is up in the window the shortest amount of time possible before the driver is there to take it.

  • Mop heads for FOH should now only be taken downstairs Wednesday’s, Fridays’ And Sundays (or if it looks like it desperately needs it!). When bringing up clean ones in the morning PLEASE put them directly on the mop head so its clear these are Fresh!

BOH:

  • When backing items out that you have prepped or are putting in refrigeration at the end of the night, all items MUST have a label of what the item is, the date and either your initials or who made the item originally (or both!)

  • Oyster tags MUST stay with the item until the last order from that case has been sold. Once it has sold, sanitize the tag and place it in the black card box that lives in Caves office, labeled OYSTER TAGS.  

  • New edits to kitchen closing lists, please thoroughly read to make sure your hitting anything new that has been added.

  • Continue to take your mop heads down every night please!
