ALL:

  • Please read COVID-19 information at the start of your shift posted in the kitchen and breakroom.

  • Be aware of your own and others sanitation. We often times touch our faces without noticing. It is okay to politely remind one another in the moment that someone needs to wash their hands before completely another task.

  • It is a requirement to change the sanitizer at a minimum of every two hours and test it with the strips every time it is changed.

  • Remember to wear a dish apron when doing dishes to prevent splash water from absorbing into your clothes.

  • Focus on keeping stress positive! We have been more aggressive with phasing because we have faith in our staff’s capabilities.

FOH:

  • Out times are extremely important. If you have been phased please update your float/ manager where your section is at. They will let you know what tables to keep and what tables to sell.

  • Do not overstock dessert/ sauce fridge as this prevents airflow and causes multiple of the same items to get opened. Please acknowledge some pars for the restock lists have change.

  • Bathroom cleanliness awareness
