ALL:

  • We won’t be advertising it, but it will be okay for customers at the Pub to dine at our outside tables or sit on the  benches to enjoy a beer starting Thursday Dec. 3rd. 

  • Only two households will still be allowed to sit together, stay tuned for more clarity from Heuchert in a Hotschedules message. 

  • The Gobbler Burger sold really well so we will continue doing weekend specials.

FOH:

  • FOH Focus: Overall cleanliness and presentability of the dining room floor. Even though we cannot have patrons sit in the restaurant at this time, we still want our standards to stay the same. 

  • We only have blank crowlers for now that you have to put the sticker on yourself, if you see the stickers getting low let a manager know so we can print more!  

BOH:

  • BOH Focus: Making sure we track all wasted items, everytime. 

  • Please weigh your romaine and arcadia mix lettuce this week for tracking purposes. Keep a compost bucket next to the trash as you toss the not so pretty lettuce to be able to weigh what gets wasted at the end of each shift. 

  • Sarah will be adding two closers back to the weekend closing shifts. 

  • If you're heating up two protein portions together on the grill make sure the portions are equal when plated!

  • Please use a bus tub when bringing breads downstairs at the end of the night, not a blue crate. Take two loads if need be to not squish the bread,  we don’t want to ruin the quality and have to waste the product!
