ALL: 

  • Reminder: Talks with Ted every Tuesday @ 2pm in the barrel room to talk about new beers and refresh on year round ones! Open to everyone:)

  • Propane heaters are going away for good! 

  • FOCUS POINT: Communication! Let’s make sure even when we are slammed to let the kitchen know roughly how many tables have been sat, or any larger parties to help with the flow of tickets and breaks, etc. Also just check in with each other and make sure everyone is good throughout the day! 

FOH: 

  • When bussing/cleaning tables make sure to let the host know which ones are clean, or need to be wiped, etc. so they are always up to date and can seat people accordingly. They can’t always do it all when it is busy and we should be helping them! 

  • Please check for large debris outside as well as inside throughout the day and spot sweep as needed.

  • As we get busier it is critical that the 86 board stays up to date and everyone is aware when things are out or in stock so we are all on the same page!

  • FOCUS POINT: Outside Awareness! There should always be someone outside doing  check-in laps with tables and pre-bussing. Also please make sure the outside water and bus stations are emptied regularly and tidied up often!

BOH:

  • Keep up to date on specs and new menu items!!

  • FOCUS POINT: Temps! Even when busy make sure temps are being done regularly, especially with it getting warmer outside!
