We increased packaged beer sales by 10% last week! Let’s continue that and go for an even bigger increase to really beat the Pub!!

New cocktail called Daiquiri Factory is starting Friday! It will be delicious. They will be served in chilled coupe glasses!
The Barrel Room is officially closed for the foreseeable future. Until we get more tables ready we might have to put people on a wait and accept fewer reservations if needed. If people inquire about large parties or requesting that room make sure to let them know it is unavailable.
Keg donations will be starting to pick up soon. Please read the brewsletter for more information on how to do keg deposits for them and how refunds will work. They are different from a regular keg online order.
As draft or cans become 86ed please remember to take its board down or erase it from the cans board and write it on the 86 white board. Please wipe clean the draft board and put it back!
FOCUS POINT: Package beer!! We are currently in the lead for sales and we’ve got to keep it up!! Keep offering packaged beer to everyone as appropriate and use your sales skills to get us the win!

Tracking: Brussel sprouts & Squash looked not so good this week.. 10.5% loss. Doing it again one more week. Please weigh everything out and track waste.
