ALL:

  • It is FLY SEASON Y’ALL. Please don’t prop the doors open, and if we notice the brewery garage door open for a long period of time check with the brewer’s to remind them to shut it if they aren’t actively going in and out.

FOH:

  • Check out the new feature in Toast! Customers can now split their tabs after they put in food/drinks. They can choose to pay for their items only or the whole tab! If there is something in their cart another guest will be paying for; they can select “This isn’t mine” in the cart. 

  • Just a refresher for hosting with regulations lifted: Still be mindful of multiple big tops around the same time, give the kitchen a break! If a group would take over more than two tables we are unable to make them a reservation but they can try their luck at getting a walk-in table (ex. We wouldn’t approve a reservation for a 20 top). If unsure just check with a Manager before approval!

  • Tunes, Brews & BBQ HOSTING!! Starting Sundays reservations for live music will be made available. There will be a separate host sheet so we can write in already approved reservations without over-approving for a designated time! Please do not approve non-music reservations for the same time slots (4:45-5:15 and 6:45-7:15) so the kitchen doesn’t get too overwhelmed. 

  • For keg sales please make sure customers are filling out the paperwork before they leave! This can be found on the walk-in door.

    • If an account is picking up beer and there is an INVOICE then keg paperwork does not need to be filled out but they will write a check for the amount on the distro invoice, and then you will put it in and envelope and in the manilla folder taped to the walk-in!

  • Please log any pre-authorized tabs left open that we close out at the end of the night on the log in the binder!
