FOH:

  • Be mindful that we want to provide the best service possible and that means we will have open tables at times. Make sure Servers are ready and feeling good about taking walk-up tables! With the sunnier weather if we are seating 21/22/31 then it is okay to leave Barrel tables or tables in the tent open so we don’t overwhelm the kitchen and our servers! 

  • On Friday nights when we are doing Drive-Thru Sale prep, make sure ALL CORNIS get placed on the back brewery floor (somewhere near/around the dirty keg area or in front of those tanks there). Friday PM closers, please double check this, and let Paige know if there is someone who hasn’t dropped off a corni.

BOH:

  • Keep the Chickpea Schwarma saucey. Please be aware how much should be on this sandwich as it can be very dry if it doesn’t have enough!

  • Tracking Romaine again!
