  • BOH AND FOH if you are working Brunch Saturday please familiarize yourself with brunch info prior to your shift

FOH:

  • Please read the Bourbon Month Info *before* your shift!

  • Propane tanks cannot be stored inside (it’s illegal!) so please keep spares outside next to a low heater or in the cage, make sure to lock it up at close!

  • Changes to Liquor Storage: back-up liquor bottles will now be stored in the kitchen above the prep sink. There should only be Whiskey, Gin, Slaptail Vodka and Applejack Brandy/Tuaca mix stored at the bar now. We are not offering shots of Tequila - just to clarify. Let a Manager know if you take the last bottle of anything!

  • The two Bourbon Month specific cocktail backs should live on the bottom shelf of the mini fridge with the cider cans! This is the citrus old fashioned and the cherry derby.

  • When hosting, do not put more than 3 groups for each 15min increment. 

  • Barrel Room alcohol consumption is for work duties only. So if a brewer is evaluating brewer’s pours that is fine, if a FOH is reviewing a beer they are trying that is ok too. But it’s not for someone to chill and drink/eat.

  • We will now be posting distro sheets by the R&S to inform you about beer! Please read them before your shift. We also will have information on our standard beers for reference if customers ask you questions such as what hops are in a beer!

BOH:

  • Tracking bier cheese again.

  • Let’s be consistent about filling out the temp log.

  • Make sure all refrigerated food makes it into the walk-in ASAP even if you don’t have time to unload it.
