When it’s busy we run best with four roles: Patio Server, Tent Server, Host, and Pourer/Food Runner. When we are busy having drinks ready to run back out helps us work more efficiently and utilize the whole point of our handhelds!
Make sure we are ringing in cookies and doing appropriate discounts if it’s a birthday dessert so we are tracking them.
We are going back to our old flatbread recipe because we will be introducing a new vegan sandwich!
