For bus stations please use the new sani bottles that have the actual label. Save the ones with sharpie on them for behind the bar/in the kitchen!
When people are ordering To Go food over the phone, it doesn’t hurt to check with the kitchen for a timeframe. If we are busy, be mindful to give a good amount of time for the food to be ready.
The slushy machine is gone for Winter!
There is a big hand sanitizer refill in dry storage with a pump! Please save the pump for the next bottle of sanitizer and write it on the order whiteboard when we open the last bottle.
We now have the Chai Painkiller cocktail.
BOH:
If a ticket says sub greens for bread, it should only be about an ounce - not a small salad portion. For burgers it will be lettuce wrapped in iceburg.
