Meet Sticky Hands. Offering a luscious blend of flavor and drinkability, this Hop Experience Ale features ample additions of sticky, lupulin-packed hops, grown in the Pacific Northwest. The result is an aromatic blast of citrus, tropical fruit, and dank herb that transitions into resinous hop flavor and a delightfully balanced finish.

Though Sticky Hands is known for delivering a truly powerful hop experience, its carefully orchestrated grain bill provides critical balance. We constructed Sticky Hands' malt profile to meld with its lively hop character, resulting in an incredibly flavorful and drinkable beer.
We'd love to share Sticky Hands' hopping regime with you, but as Tier-2C classified data, doing so would violate national security protocol and several international treaties.
What we can tell you is that Sticky Hands is brewed with an emphasis on abundant hop flavor—with gentle bitterness giving way to waves of floral and fruity aromatics. This luscious blend of flavor and drinkability is achieved through massive late hop additions across three different stages, custom-designed hop extract, and dry-hopping that utilizes 2x the hops as those added to the kettle.
Yeast | Select Brewer's Yeast
As with Sticky Hands' malt backbone, its select ale yeast is designed to provide balance. Look for a clean yeast character that reveals subtle notes of stonefruit to complement citrus and tropical fruit flavors from the hops.

Proper glassware: We serve Sticky Hands in our 14oz snifter-style glass, but any wide-bowled, stemmed variety will keep your Sticky cool and aromatic.
We occasionally brew variations of Sticky Hands, often available both canned and draft. Some are seasonally-inspired, while others are simply born out our brewers' inspiration. All of them riff on the base Sticky Hands to produce a unique Hop Experience that's both familiar and a little bit off-center.
First, check out the pull tab. If it's silver, you've got some O.G. goodness coming at you with a dank, citrusy, resinous, tropical Hop Experience. And if the tab is green? BOOM! That, friend, is a freshy fresh Sticky Hands Variation.
Other clues include a green 4-pack top featuring the variation's unique artwork, as well as the variation name and canning date on the can bottom.
Tropical Slam ramps up Sticky Hands' iconic tropical fruit and citrus flavors to truly astounding levels, with copious additions of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic, and Apollo hops.
Sticky Hands, Marmalade features the same grist makeup and hop extract as our base version, but adapts the hopping routine with citrusy Belma, Chinook, and Amarillo varietals. Belma imparts bitter orange rind notes, while Amarillo and Chinook offer pungent contributions of tangerine and grapefruit peel. Fermentation with a blend of American and English ale yeast enables our brewers to hit our desired attenuation while producing peachy esters, a soft mouthfeel, and an alluring haze.
Sticky Hands, Brewer’s Cut features the hop varietals and lots that our brewers hand-selected in Yakima—Amarillo, Centennial, Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca. Together, they produce a captivating combination of citrusy, dank, floral, and tropical hop notes that seamlessly blend with our base Sticky Hands recipe.
Southern Exposure incorporates a pair of iconic southern hemisphere hops—Galaxy from Australia and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand—which together lend notes of passion fruit, white grape, gooseberry, and citrus. We also brightened up the grist with a generous portion of crisp, clean organic Pilsner malt, producing a Sticky Hands variation uniquely suited to sunny summer drinking.
