ALL:

  • Our Block 15 Holiday Party is happening December 11th–don’t forget to RSVP with the link on the Brewsletter!! 

  • We are anticipating a busy week ahead of us!! With people coming to town for Thanksgiving and the hometown Rivalry Game we will be moving & shaking!! Remember to breathe and communicate–you are all amazing!!

  • We will be running a Game Day Menu again this Friday-Sunday!! WINGS will be on the menu for the weekend!!! Items dropping off the menu include: Hummus, Fish & Fries, & the Chickpea Shawarma Salad.

  • After the weekend Wings will be replacing the Nachos on the menu.  Also, with that knowledge, we will be keeping Chips & Salsa on the menu so we will still have chips available.    

  • FOCUS POINT: Teamwork & Communication! Hosts let’s communicate with the kitchen with how many tables have been sat, servers let’s communicate with the float/manager on duty about what is actively happening in your section. The more we communicate the easier it is to make calls for breaks and phasing. Also, don’t hesitate to communicate if you need assistance and utilize your Lead/Floating manager if needed.    

       FOH:

  • Exciting things are happening as we continue to evolve, so be sure to read the Brewsletter for more information regarding verbiage about our newest creation of Deep Seek!  

  • If you switch shifts within 24 hours of the shift and it has NOT been accepted by Laura, it is required that both/all parties involved call the pub to clarify the swap with the manager on duty. If you do a swap within this time frame and Laura has approved it, you are all good to go… if in doubt call the pub.       

  • Closers, until the hot water spigot on the coffee machine is replaced, we need to be sure to empty & unplug the black hot water kettle next to the coffee machine every night.

  • Now that the seasons are changing the outdoor plants will need to be watered weekly instead of daily–so keep an eye out on the shift change list for the adjustment. 

  • FOCUS POINT: Beer Knowledge & Beer Sales Excitement!!! With the evolution of Deep Seek let's be sure to be knowledgeable and excited as we talk to our guests about our newest perpetual beer landing on the menu this upcoming Friday!!   

       BOH:

  • Prep Kitchen please be aware of where you are putting things in the walk-in. Be sure to double check & group items with like items and to rotate the dates on the items as well. 

  • Prep Kitchen we now have a list for what goes into which container, so be sure to follow the list and stock items into the correct size containers.

  • When pulling basil for the Parma Rosa be aware that the bags of basil stay downstairs in the box and not in the bin of open garnishes. Please only pull small amounts of basil for the Parma Rosa.

  • FOCUS POINT: Station Cleanliness Awareness: Let’s be mindful of our spaces and be sure to keep your stations clean.
