  • Track is still happening in Eugene! Late night pops are also happening as people are getting back into town! We will be hanging onto bodies a little later than usual.

  • FOCUS POINT: SOUP TASTING–awareness of size of taster (spoonful/small rami is ok). Let's make sure that we are tasting our soups throughout the day, and follow up with feedback to the kitchen (garnishes included: are they low, how do they look).

FOH:

  • New 2Towns Hard Seltzer flavor is on– Kiwi Blackberry!!

  • If you see packages labeled for Nick Arzner they will need to be brought over to Caves.

  • HOSTS: If a party is larger than 8 people we need ½ of the party to be here before we seat them. Please verbalize this to the party when adding them to the waitlist. Also continue with the positive hospitality while greeting them & offering them the option to get a drink at the bar while they wait for their table. This will help the flow in the kitchen.

  • We have lots of General Admission tickets for the Knights Game on Thursday 7/21. Feel free to let your tables know and hand them out if guests are interested!

  • FOCUS POINT: Hospitality focus: Body language awareness–being more mindful of our body language that doesn’t show boredom to our guests (hands in pockets, arms crossed, elbows on bar/host stand)..
