Track is still happening in Eugene! Late night pops are also happening as people are getting back into town! We will be hanging onto bodies a little later than usual.
FOCUS POINT: SOUP TASTING–awareness of size of taster (spoonful/small rami is ok). Let's make sure that we are tasting our soups throughout the day, and follow up with feedback to the kitchen (garnishes included: are they low, how do they look).

If you see packages labeled for Nick Arzner they will need to be brought over to Caves.
HOSTS: If a party is larger than 8 people we need ½ of the party to be here before we seat them. Please verbalize this to the party when adding them to the waitlist. Also continue with the positive hospitality while greeting them & offering them the option to get a drink at the bar while they wait for their table. This will help the flow in the kitchen.
We have lots of General Admission tickets for the Knights Game on Thursday 7/21. Feel free to let your tables know and hand them out if guests are interested!
