Tent will be going up this week in the corral!
Focus Point: Napkin Awareness! Please make sure we aren’t grabbing more napkins than we need. We can always go back and grab more if customers ask. If you notice a big stack of napkins already on the table, return the extras back to the kitchen to be used.
FOH:
New non-alcoholic beer will be replacing Clausthaler. This new N/A beer is called Hefe Weiss from Weihenstephaner. This won’t be on the menus until Friday but can be verbalized to our customers until then!
Focus Point: Overall Table Maintenance. When a table gets up, let’s make sure we are checking for large debris (napkins, fries and other things from the previous guests). Wiping down all parts of the table including the table tent and crumbs on the booths and chairs. We want to provide the cleanest and most comfortable space for our customers!
