ALL: 

  • Y’all kicked butt at the Bottle Release Brunch this past weekend! Thank you everyone!!!

  • Please be aware on the weekends we may have soft closing hours. What this means is that we will seat people past 9PM if business permits or if they were on the list prior, but we must be “empty” by 11PM. 

  • Closing Caves at 8PM should be a conversation between the two kitchens. Most tickets that print at Caves should be made at Caves unless the Pub kitchen is genuinely ready and the kitchen Lead has been spoken to.

  • When orders are being rung in with random substitutions or as open items write down this modified item on the waste log which will help with tracking.

  • If you're a coffee lover, we have Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee Beans for sale at the Taproom that are BOMB.  There are also new Harmony Glasses for sale for $10. 

FOH:

  • Please initial next to your stamps for Bourbon passports. 

  • No need to bring the base of the umbrellas inside at night, you can just leave them under tables 101-103. 

  • For this month, let's use the candied orange/ grapefruit peels to garnish Citrus & 1895 Old Fashions.  

  • We will have a new info board in the breakroom (coming soon) where Beer Information Sheets will be posted to keep you up to date on the details of all the awesome beers we are releasing. 

  • We are now offering Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris bottles for takeout, see our Brewsletter for more information. 

  • Expecting bad weather this weekend, be ready to shovel snow off the sidewalk and tent. Dress warm if you are scheduled!! 

BOH:

  • We’re in the process of getting the Caves ovens fixed, starting today 2/9, one of them should be up and running again. If you notice any issues please email Patrick immediately and let your FOH manager know to write it in the Maintenance Log. 

  • The soup warmer at Caves is malfunctioning, for now until it can be fixed or replaced please hot hold soups on the stove top.

  • Be weary of under/over dressing the Lentil Salad, should be 2 tablespoons worth of dressing. 

  • Food that is being transferred to the Taproom should be made the day prior to have a proper amount of time to cool.
