The Irish Public House Tradition
This month we feature classic Irish Public House meals. Irish Pubs are known for hearty and simiplistic cuisine, uitlizing fresh ingriedients. On our menu you will find a nod to the oldest Dublin pub, a dressed up Sheperds Pie, a sandwich and salad found in almost every pub, & dessert utilizing Irelands famed Irish Cream Liqeur. We are also happy to feature several local ingriedents; Penn Cove Mussels, Cattail Creek Lamb & Spinach from Denison’s Farm.
Mussels in Garlic & Stout
A recipe from The Brazen head, Dublin’s oldest Pub. Fresh Penn Cove Mussels steamed with garlic, thyme, stout and cream. Served with crusty bread and lemon. In order to provide you with the freshest mussels, we may on occasion sell out. $9.75
The Toasted Special
Each Irish pub features a simple sandwich known as “The Toasted Special”. Our toasted special; grilled ham & tomato with Irish Cheddar on toasted wheat bread. Simple, satisfying and delicious. Served with Fries, Soup, or Salad. $9.50
Sheperd’s Pie
Irish comfort food at its best. We have dressed the pie up a bit by braising local Cattail Creek Lamb shanks with carrots, celery, onions and herbs. Topped with velvety mashed potatoes and a dash of cheese, served bubbly hot from our oven. $11.75
Irish Flower Salad
Denison farms Spinach, English cucumber, pickled beets, radish, and hard boiled egg with a traditional creamy Irish dressing. Served with garlic bread. $8.75

House Smoked Baby Back Ribs
A ½ rack of Natural Baby Back Ribs, slow smoked over hickory for over six hours. Dry rubbed and basted with local Honey. With hot Fries, Coleslaw, and a Corn Muffin.
